Lavrov: Only the littoral states should be involved in Caspian Sea matters
Moscow, May 22 (Hibya) – Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that only the five littoral countries should be involved in matters related to the Caspian Sea.
Lavrov drew attention to increasing attempts at external interference, saying, "Even though the number of actors wishing to be involved in these processes is growing, we continue to firmly uphold our position that only the five littoral states are authorized to deal with matters concerning the Caspian Sea."
