European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen sends message of support to Lithuania
Brussels, September 1 (Hibya) - European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen once again emphasized Europe’s solidarity with Lithuania.
Von der Leyen underlined that a strong Lithuania is important for protecting Europe’s borders and its people.
She stated that cohesion policy will remain a priority in the EU budget, and that support for border security and sustainable livelihoods will continue.
