Aliyev and Pashinyan met on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit
Tianjin, September 1 (Hibya) - Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a meeting on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit.
The meeting focused on the Azerbaijan-Armenia peace process. The leaders emphasized the importance of constructive dialogue, mutual trust, and regional stability. They also highlighted the positive developments recorded at the recent Washington Summit and underlined the international community’s support for the peace and normalization process.
The parties agreed to continue their contacts.
