Amsterdam, September 1 (Hibya) – Dutch Defense Minister Ruben Brekelmans thanked the frigate Zr. Ms. De Ruyter and its crew for returning to the country after a 3.5-month NATO mission.

The warship, equipped with air defense and command capabilities, was tasked during its mission with protecting maritime trade routes and vital infrastructure in Northern Europe and the Baltic Sea. It also participated in various military exercises.
Minister Brekelmans conveyed his deep gratitude to the crew for their significant and dedicated contributions.
