Pezeşkiyan Signs Law to Implement Article 123 of Iran's Constitution
Tehran, November 20 (Hibya) - Iranian President Masoud Pezeşkiyan signed a law to list invalid regulations and decrees in the social sector to implement Article 123 of Iran's Constitution.
The law was approved by the Iranian Parliament on October 23, 2024, and received approval from the Guardian Council a week later.
With the signing of this law by President Masoud Pezeşkiyan, the Parliament, the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, and the Vice President for Legal Affairs declared their readiness for its implementation.
