Ministry of Health warns about celiac disease
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey has warned about the symptoms of celiac disease in children.
In a statement issued by the ministry, it was noted that symptoms of celiac disease may appear in children and include abdominal pain, abdominal bloating, diarrhea, loss of appetite, increased infection, growth retardation, and vomiting.
The ministry reminded that a child displaying these symptoms should schedule a doctor's appointment for examination.
