The ministry statement noted deep concern about the worsening humanitarian catastrophe caused by crimes in the Gaza Strip.

It strongly condemned the deliberate deprivation of vulnerable people in Gaza from food, water, medicine, and other basic necessities, as well as the ongoing killing of Palestinians.

“The ministry calls on the international community and regional countries to take urgent, effective, and decisive steps to stop the genocide and alleviate the suffering of the oppressed Palestinian people. The ongoing inhumane blockade of Gaza, the ruthless bombing of refugee shelters, and the turning of humanitarian aid distribution points into traps for the mass killing of hungry and thirsty civilians are evidence of the extreme cruelty and brutality of the Israeli apartheid regime and its supporters.”
