Maia Sandu met with UK Prime Minister Starmer
London, July 23 (Hibya) – Moldovan President Maia Sandu met with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer at the Prime Minister’s country residence, Chequers. The meeting focused on bilateral relations, resilience, and investment.
President Sandu shared a statement on social media regarding her meeting with Prime Minister Starmer at Chequers.
She noted that the relationship between Moldova and the United Kingdom has been deepened, Moldova's resilience has been strengthened, and new opportunities for British investment were discussed.
Sandu emphasized that the cooperation has delivered tangible results for both the people of Moldova and the United Kingdom.
