Zelensky said that Russia attacked Ukraine again last night, launching a missile strike on Kyiv.

He stated that there were casualties and offered condolences to their families and loved ones. “Dozens of people were injured. Almost every attack against our people now includes combined strikes involving ballistic missiles. Since the beginning of this year, Russia has launched about 770 ballistic missiles and more than 50 Kinjal missiles at Ukraine.”

Zelensky emphasized that Patriot systems are of special importance to protect cities from such attacks, saying:

“It is critically important that partners with the necessary capabilities implement what we have discussed in recent days. No country should be left alone in the face of such evil. We must continue our cooperation. Everything is possible. Our partners have the required systems and can already help strengthen Ukraine’s defense.”
