Türk: It’s time to renew our commitment to education
New York, October 30 (Hibya) – United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk said that education is the best investment one can make in the economy and security.
Türk emphasized that education is the best investment in the economy and security, saying, “It lifts people out of poverty, strengthens social solidarity, and prevents conflicts.”
He added, “It is time to renew our commitment to education. This is not just a matter of rights, but also a matter of listening to reason.”
