Albares: International humanitarian law is not an option, it is binding on everyone
Madrid, October 30 (Hibya) – Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, emphasized the importance of international law during his speech at the Paris Peace Forum.
Albares stated, “International humanitarian law is not an option. It must be applied and is binding on everyone.”
Minister Albares added that Spain reaffirms its commitment to upholding international law and protecting civilians in Ukraine, Gaza, Sudan, and the Sahel region.
