Sybiha stated that another Russian airstrike targeted Ukraine, hitting critical infrastructure, power grids, railways, and residential homes in Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Sumy, and other regions.

He noted that there were dead and injured, saying: “No one in the world except Russia wants this war to continue. Russian terror can and must be stopped — through collective action, stronger sanction pressure, and greater energy and defense support for Ukraine.”

Sybiha added: “Sufficient long-range capabilities will allow us to deprive Russia of its tools of terror — the places where they are produced and launched.”
