Spanish Prime Minister Sanchez met with Palestinian Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammed Mustafa.

Sanchez noted that they held the first intergovernmental meeting between Spain and Palestine in Madrid, saying, “We are doing this on equal terms to support the well-being and development of our societies. This meeting is a symbol of Spain’s commitment to Palestine, its present, and its future.”

Sanchez emphasized that with the signing of four agreements on labor, education, youth, and agriculture, they reaffirmed their partnership for peace and gave new momentum to bilateral relations, stating, “Spain will continue working to find a political solution to the conflict.”
