Lahbib met with Khallaf
Brussels, September 1 (Hibya) – European Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness and Crisis Management Hadja Lahbib discussed cooperation on Gaza and Sudan as well as calls for humanitarian protection with Egyptian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ambassador Tamim Khallaf.
EU Commissioner Hadja Lahbib met with Egyptian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Tamim Khallaf, stressing Egypt’s critical role in delivering aid to Gaza, supporting medical evacuations, and preventing regional escalation.
Lahbib also highlighted the European Union’s engagement in Sudan, calling for the protection of civilians and the assurance of full humanitarian access.
