Dar and Muttaki spoke by phone
Islamabad, September 1 (Hibya) – Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar called Afghanistan’s Acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaki to extend condolences for the victims of the earthquake.
Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Dar, in his phone call with Afghanistan’s Acting Foreign Minister Muttaki, expressed condolences over the tragic loss of lives and thousands of injuries caused by the earthquake in Afghanistan.
Dar stated that they pray for the victims and the grieving families, reiterating Pakistan’s solidarity with the Afghan people. He also affirmed Pakistan’s readiness to provide any assistance required by the Afghan side.
