Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyid Abbas Araghchi issued a statement regarding the second meeting between Iran and the US.

Araghchi noted that the relatively positive atmosphere in Rome allowed for progress on the principles and objectives of a possible agreement: "We made it clear that many in Iran believe that the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) is no longer sufficient for us. According to them, all that remains from this agreement are the 'lessons learned'. Personally, I tend to share this view."

He emphasized that, in order to clarify the details, the first step of expert-level talks would begin in the coming days: "Following this process, we will have a better opportunity to assess the situation. For now, a bit of optimism is not unfounded, but it must be approached with great caution."
