Washington, October 4 (Hibya) – U.S. President Donald Trump said that the ceasefire will take effect immediately once Hamas approves, and that the exchange of hostages and prisoners will begin.
President Trump stated that after negotiations, Israel agreed to the initial withdrawal line, which has been shown and shared with Hamas.
Trump added: “Once Hamas approves, the ceasefire will take effect immediately, and the exchange of hostages and prisoners will begin. We will establish the conditions for the next phase of withdrawal, bringing us closer to the end of this 3,000-year-old tragedy. Thank you for your attention.”
