According to the newspaper, the US special envoy for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, plans to carefully listen to European partners' views on "what the plan should look like and how other governments can contribute to the peace process".

Earlier, various sources reported that Kellogg might present scenarios for a peaceful resolution of the Ukraine conflict at the Munich Conference, but the White House's special envoy for Ukraine previously denied claims that a peace plan would be presented at this event, which starts on February 14.

On February 5, it was reported that Kellogg would visit Kyiv on February 20. According to the Ukrainian TV channel Public, this date was proposed by the US side.
