BBC: AI chatbots fail to summarize news accurately
London, February 11 (Hibya) - A study conducted by the BBC found that four major AI chatbots inaccurately summarize news.
The BBC provided content from its website to OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Microsoft’s Copilot, Google’s Gemini, and Perplexity AI, then asked them questions about the news.
The results showed "significant inaccuracies" and distortions.
