Montenegro President Jakov Milatovic stated that the news of the physical attack on Budva Mayor Nikola Jovanovic this morning deeply concerned him.

He condemned all forms of violence and expressed hope that competent authorities will quickly clarify the incident and bring the perpetrators to justice. "No one has the right to resort to violence to threaten the democratic order and security of Montenegro's citizens.
