UK Foreign Secretary Lammy stated that the UK and its allies are attacking the heart of Russia’s energy sector by reducing the oil price gap.

He emphasized that this will directly affect Putin’s most critical source of income and drain the war fund, adding, “As long as we stand with Ukraine, we will continue economic pressure.”

Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys said Lithuania is acting together with NATO allies in condemning Russia’s malicious cyber and hybrid activities against their peoples.

Budrys stated that Russia must end its reckless and destabilizing behavior and respect international norms of responsible state behavior in cyberspace.
