Ruling announced in case concerning the Netherlands’ policy toward Israel
Amsterdam, November 6 (Hibya) – Dutch Foreign Minister David van Weel announced that the Court of Appeal has issued its ruling in the case concerning the Netherlands’ policy toward Israel.
Foreign Minister van Weel stated that the Court of Appeal confirmed that the formulation of foreign policy falls within the authority of the government.
He also added that the court concluded the state has fulfilled the necessary conditions regarding export control requirements.
