Italian Prime Minister Meloni held a bilateral meeting with Singaporean Prime Minister Wong during the G20 Summit in South Africa. The meeting commemorated the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Italy and Singapore, and both sides expressed their agreement to further enhance cooperation.

The two leaders decided to prepare a three-year Action Plan aimed at strengthening political dialogue, increasing trade volume, and supporting investments. They also underlined the importance of deepening cooperation in science and technology, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence.
