Macron met with Kazakh President Tokayev
Paris, August 23 (Hibya) – French President Emmanuel Macron met with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
French President Macron announced that he held a meeting with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
He noted that following his visit to Kazakhstan in November 2023, and President Tokayev’s state visit to France in the same month, they discussed strengthening their strategic partnership, particularly in the fields of transport and energy. Macron added: “We also discussed the international situation, Russia’s war of aggression in Ukraine, and the ongoing negotiations in the South Caucasus.”
