Leyen: The EU stands with Ukraine
Brussels, October 4 (Hibya) – European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said that the EU stands with Ukraine as its people once again face the oppression of Russian barbarism.
Von der Leyen stressed that the shocking images from Shostka train station reveal Russia’s recklessness and willingness to target civilians.
She added that the EU stands with Ukraine and stated: “The EU and its global partners must continue to increase pressure on Russia until it accepts a just and lasting peace.”
