Budrys: Putin will seek peace only when he is forced to
Vilnius, October 14 (Hibya) – Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys said that Russia continues to target infrastructure and civilians’ homes across Ukraine, noting that Russian President Vladimir Putin will seek peace only when he is forced to.
Foreign Minister Budrys stated that Russia continues to attack infrastructure and civilian homes across Ukraine, adding that a hospital in Kharkiv was among the attackers’ targets last night.
He said that more air defense systems and military aid should be provided to Ukraine, and stricter sanctions should be imposed to collapse Russia’s war economy, adding: “Putin will seek peace only when he is forced to.”
