Global bond markets were mostly higher during the trading session. Yields on 10-year government bonds in the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, and France increased, while Germany's 10-year bond yield edged lower.

The yield on the U.S. 10-year Treasury rose by 0.008 percentage points to 4.692%. The UK 10-year government bond yield (UK 10-YR) increased by 0.0054 points to 4.9608%.

Japan's 10-year government bond yield (JPN 10-YR) rose by 0.017 points to 2.844%, while France's 10-year government bond yield (FRA 10-YR) increased by 0.0005 points to 3.9353%.

Germany's 10-year government bond yield (Bund 10-YR) bucked the trend, falling by 0.0009 points to 3.15%.
