Albares: The European Parliament is an essential institution of European democracy
Madrid, November 6 (Hibya) – Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union, and Cooperation, Jose Manuel Albares, stated that the European Parliament is an indispensable institution of European democracy.
Minister Albares announced that he met in Brussels with European Parliament President Roberta Metsola to discuss the main topics of the legislative period.
He added that they discussed how to strengthen joint efforts to continue reinforcing the European project, stating: “The European Parliament is an essential institution of European democracy.”
