Zelensky stated that the Ukrainian Defense Forces had neutralized more than 400 drones overnight, calling it a significant achievement made possible through the joint efforts of unmanned systems units, army aviation, and mobile fire groups.

He noted that some missiles were also intercepted but emphasized that intercepting ballistic and aero-ballistic missiles is extremely difficult. “There are only a few systems in the world capable of effectively stopping such missiles, and we need many more of these systems and missiles to protect all our territory,” Zelensky said.

Zelensky added that Ukraine is working with the United States to acquire additional Patriot systems and hopes to benefit greatly from this support.
