Zelensky met with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen
Kyiv, September 20 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky hosted European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
Zelensky expressed his pleasure in hosting von der Leyen in Ukraine and thanked her for her efforts to provide additional support to Ukraine ahead of the winter season.
In his statement, Zelensky said: "Today, we discussed in detail what can be done together, what materials are needed, and what funds are required. It is critical that all our agreements are implemented quickly. I would also like to express my special thanks for the announcement of additional EU energy support for Ukraine."
