Zakharova highlights the significance of the Nuremberg Trials
Moscow, November 20 (Hibya) – Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova issued a statement marking the 80th anniversary of the beginning of the Nuremberg Trials.
In her message, Zakharova recalled that November 20 marks 80 years since the start of the Nuremberg Trials, which brought the main criminals of the Third Reich to justice. She emphasized that the International Military Tribunal (IMT) officially declared Nazi ideology and practices as crimes.
Zakharova stressed that the crimes committed by the Nazis against humanity do not expire, stating: “Nazi crimes have no statute of limitations.”
