Dutch Foreign Minister David van Weel said, "The Netherlands and Poland support each other and are becoming stronger," noting that he attended today’s annual bilateral Utrecht Conference.

Weel stated that he discussed with Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski efforts for a strong and secure Europe, including their recent joint action against Russian drones, and added:

"The Netherlands stands side by side with Poland in the EU and NATO to support Ukraine, increase pressure on Russia, and strengthen our resilience. This is useful to explore how we can further develop our cooperation on other urgent issues such as security, defense, and migration."
