UNRWA: Teams are working even under impossible and inhumane conditions
New York, July 25 (Hibya) – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) reported that its teams continue working in Gaza under impossible and inhumane conditions.
According to a statement from UNRWA, teams continue collecting waste, disinfecting shelters, and providing clean water across Gaza.
The statement noted that displacement, extreme heat, and the spread of diseases have made this work even more critical:
“Our staff are suffering from hunger and thirst, yet they continue working to serve their communities. UNRWA is operating even under impossible and inhumane conditions.”
