Trump says he is ready to strike Iran’s nuclear facilities again if necessary
Washington, July 22 (Hibya) – US President Donald Trump said on the Truth Social social media platform that the American military would launch repeated attacks on Iran’s nuclear facilities if necessary.
Commenting on an interview by Iran’s Foreign Minister to Fox News, Trump wrote: “Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said about Iran’s nuclear facilities: ‘The damage is very serious, they have been destroyed.’ As I said, of course they were destroyed and if necessary, we will do it again!”
Meanwhile, Trump called on CNN to fire journalist Natasha Bertrand, who previously reported based on intelligence that US attacks failed to destroy key components of Iran’s nuclear program but slowed its development. US officials denied her statements and launched an investigation into the leak.
On the night of June 13, Israel launched a large-scale operation against Iran, accusing it of running a secret nuclear program.
Nuclear facilities, generals, leading nuclear physicists, and air bases were subjected to air bombardment.
