Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha condemned Houthi drone and missile attacks on Saudi Arabia.

Sybiha said Ukraine is closely monitoring security developments on the Arabian Peninsula.

Sybiha said Ukraine strongly condemns the systematic drone and missile attacks carried out by the Houthis against Saudi Arabia, stressing that targeting civilians and critical civilian infrastructure constitutes a violation of international humanitarian law and that the attacks must stop immediately.

Sybiha also said threats to commercial shipping and freedom of navigation are unacceptable, noting that such actions have broader implications for global trade and economic stability.

Sybiha reiterated Ukraine’s support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Saudi Arabia.

Sybiha also reiterated his call for those responsible for attacks on civilians, civilian infrastructure and commercial shipping to be held accountable under international law.
