Sybiha thanks UN Secretary-General Guterres
Kyiv, 15 November (Hibya) – Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha thanked United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres for condemning Russia’s attacks on Ukraine.
Foreign Minister Sybiha said he thanked Secretary-General Guterres for condemning Russia’s attacks and strikes targeting civilians.
Sybiha stated that they called on all states to support Guterres’ call for a full, immediate and unconditional ceasefire as the first step toward a just and comprehensive peace for Ukraine.
