Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha hosted the General Director of the Ukrainian Red Cross, Maksym Dotsenko, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Sybiha stated that they discussed current and future humanitarian aid projects in the context of Russia's total war against Ukraine and the practical implementation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs–Ukraine Cooperation Memorandum. "We also discussed a joint initiative aimed at supporting the recovery processes of Ukrainian children abroad, particularly those from war zones and children of soldiers," he said.

Sybiha also mentioned that topics related to strengthening Ukraine's energy resilience and developing opportunities for joint humanitarian aid initiatives beyond Ukraine, particularly in African countries, were also addressed.
