Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has departed for the United States to meet with U.S. President Donald Trump.

Netanyahu noted that this is the seventh meeting during Trump’s second term, adding, “These relations reflect the unique closeness between the United States and Israel, and the personal relationship I have with the President. These relations are unprecedented in our history.”

Netanyahu also highlighted that issues such as the situation in Gaza, regional concerns, and especially negotiations with Iran will be on the agenda. “I will present our perspective on these negotiations to President Trump, and in my opinion, the fundamental principles that are important not only for Israel but for everyone who seeks peace and security in the Middle East,” he stated.
