Sandu: We stand with Ukraine, a just peace is possible only with Ukraine
Chișinău, August 9 (Hibya) – Moldovan President Maia Sandu emphasized her country’s support for Ukraine.
Moldovan President Maia Sandu once again emphasized her country’s support for Ukraine. In a statement on social media, Sandu said that Ukraine determining its own future is the fundamental condition for the peace process.
“A just and lasting peace is possible only through a process in which Ukraine is also at the table,” Sandu said, stressing that Europe has an indispensable role in these efforts and adding, “Our common security depends on it.”
President Sandu stated that Moldova will continue to stand in solidarity with Ukraine.
