Sybiha: Ukraine’s security is Europe’s security
Kyiv, August 12 (Hibya) – Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said that the EU’s enlargement and Ukraine’s integration into the EU are the best investment in the future resilience and stability of Europe.
Minister Sybiha expressed gratitude to EU leaders for their strong and principled statements supporting a just and lasting peace based on respect for international law and Ukraine’s territorial integrity.
He emphasized that the EU’s continued willingness to provide comprehensive support to Ukraine and to increase pressure on Russia is vital for achieving peace through strength, adding:
“Ukraine’s security is Europe’s security. The EU’s enlargement and Ukraine’s integration into the EU are the best investment in the future resilience and stability of Europe.”
