Sandu: We celebrated Moldova’s Independence Day together
Chisinau, August 27 (Hibya) – Moldovan President Maia Sandu said she was pleased to host French President Emmanuel Macron, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in Moldova.
On the occasion of the country’s Independence Day celebrations, Moldovan President Maia Sandu hosted French President Emmanuel Macron, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.
In a social media post, Sandu wrote: "With joy we hosted them: We celebrated Moldova’s Independence Day together."
She emphasized that this friendly visit was a great honor for Moldova and conveyed a message of strengthening the country’s international relations.
