Saar: We will work to strengthen our relations with Japan in all fields
Jerusalem, January 11 (Hibya) – Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar met with Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi.
Israeli Foreign Minister Saar hosted Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi.
Noting that both countries are ancient nations sharing common democratic values and a strong friendship, Saar said, “As the world is rapidly changing, democratic countries such as Israel and Japan should deepen their strategic ties.”
Recalling Israel’s commitment to the Trump Plan and regional stability, Saar emphasized that the successful implementation of the plan requires the disarmament of Hamas and the demilitarization of Gaza.
The Israeli foreign minister underlined that they will work together to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries and their peoples in all fields.
