Qatar welcomes ceasefire agreement between Thailand and Cambodia
Doha, October 26 (Hibya) — The State of Qatar welcomed the ceasefire agreement reached between the Kingdom of Thailand and the Kingdom of Cambodia.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State of Qatar welcomed the ceasefire agreement between the Kingdom of Thailand and the Kingdom of Cambodia, describing it as an important step toward achieving peace between the two countries.
The ministry’s statement read:
“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses the State of Qatar’s deep appreciation to U.S. President Donald Trump and Malaysian Prime Minister Dr. Anwar Ibrahim for their efforts in reaching the agreement.”
