According to a statement from the Kremlin, the two leaders discussed current issues in bilateral relations. The conversation also covered preparations for the upcoming state visit of President Tokayev to Russia.
The parties agreed to continue their close dialogue on strategic partnership and regional cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan.
