Brussels, October 29 (Hibya) – Belgian Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs and Development Cooperation, Maxime Prevot, stated that their thoughts are with the people of Jamaica and Cuba affected by Hurricane Melissa.
Belgian Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs and Development Cooperation, Maxime Prevot, said that their thoughts are with the people of Jamaica and Cuba who have been affected by Hurricane Melissa.
Prevot noted that they stand in solidarity with all those affected by the storm, adding that there are currently no reports of missing Belgian citizens. He also stated: “Our services are closely monitoring the situation of Belgians in the region and are ready to provide assistance when needed.”
