Czech President Pavel expressed his pleasure at the opportunity to officially launch the Czech-Korean Business Forum, an important platform for strengthening trade relations between the countries, together with South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol.

Pavel noted that the Republic of Korea has long been one of the leaders in advanced technologies, and added:

"At the same time, it is the largest non-European investor in our market. About 70 Korean companies operate in the Czech Republic, providing more than 15,000 jobs."

Pavel said, "I believe this forum will continue to contribute to deepening mutual cooperation and opening new economic opportunities for both countries."
