New Zealand Prime Minister Luxon meets Modi
Wellington, Dec. 22 (Hibya) – New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon held talks with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon said he met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi following the signing of the New Zealand–India Free Trade Agreement.
Stating that “the Free Trade Agreement reduces or eliminates customs duties on 95% of our exports to India,” Luxon noted that New Zealand’s exports to India are estimated to increase by between $1.1 billion and $1.3 billion per year over the next twenty years.
