Macron: Mistral will put Europe among the world's AI giants
Paris, September 8 (Hibya) – French President Emmanuel Macron praised Mistral's new funding round, saying the company is forming strategic partnerships with major technology companies to help Europe become a global power in artificial intelligence.
French President Macron posted on social media following Mistral's record-breaking new funding round.
Macron highlighted Mistral's strategic partnerships with ASML a year ago and Samsung today, saying the company had demonstrated its ability to work with leading industry players to place Europe among the world's AI giants.
The French President said the vision he shares with the President of South Korea is to create a “third way” in artificial intelligence by bringing together strengths and industry players.
Macron noted that this process is still only at the beginning.
