Lipavsky: Putin failed to bring fighting Ukraine to its knees
Prague, July 25 (Hibya) – Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky said that Russian President Vladimir Putin has failed to bring warring Ukraine to its knees.
Foreign Minister Lipavsky stated that Putin had not succeeded in forcing fighting Ukraine to surrender.
He noted that although U.S. military aid had decreased in 2025, European countries had united and successfully filled the gap, expressing confidence that they would succeed together.
