Lahbib visits pharmaceutical company GSK
Brussels, May 23 (Hibya) – European Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness and Crisis Management, Hadja Lahbib, conducted a field visit to the pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline (GSK).
Commissioner Lahbib visited GSK Wavre, the heart of the so-called “Pharma Valley.”
Emphasizing that health security is at the core of the preparedness strategy, Lahbib stated: “This is vital for resilience and citizens’ safety. This visit highlights the importance of public-private partnerships ahead of the future Strategy on medical countermeasures.”
